Anyone bought it? Recieved so-so reviews from the major sites. I'm still going to get it having never really played much of the original version. If this is a sales success then they should think about bringing Resi 2 to the DS as well!

I'm not sure where you live, DSGirl, but if it's in the US it's already out!

If you are in Britain/PAL areas, it is out on the 31st of March.

Well, I got this game, and it surely does bring back a lot of memories. Luckily for me, I originally played this game soo long ago, that I don't remember too much of the walkthrough. And to remedy that even further, Rebirth mode pretty much turns it into a new experience. The bit with slashing zombies in first person is pretty sweet. You can straight bust combos on them by tapping, then slashing the touchscreen with the tip of your finger.

Interestingly, something I havent seen mentioned in any of the reviews is that while the interface menu is touch driven, it's using the "fat fingers" methodology of having large buttons to accomodate just using your finger, not a styuls that requires more precision in your tapping.
