just incase you didn't know...
This dude called poksikle created a hack where you can talk on random. So start selling your MPH cards if you haven't already because Nintendo might shut down the server.

Why would I ever sell MPH because of a hack on random match? MPH is too good in all the other modes.
I think Nintendo has more control over their servers than to just shut them all down, they just don't want to deal with it or make anyone mad or something. At the worst I'd expect them to just shut down everything except friends/rivals, and at the best they either fix the servers to not allow all those hacks or issue a recall.

They could shut down the server and set up a new one that only works with a fixed (recall) version of MPH.

But I doubt they'd do that because so many people want to keep the original version of MPH where all the glitches are.
