linksys wrt54g v6 52100 error

hey my gf is havin problem..not me of course..
she has the linksys wrt54g ver 6

i had her reset the modem and router...also deleted wifi settings and redetect..but still getting the 52100 which states..can connect to the access point but not the server..

any help ...plz no flame..thanks peoples..

version 6 isn't listed on compatible routers but its probably very similar to 5
