My point was that on some games they have not put Wifi settings on the main menu (games like AC:WW).

Also friend codes can be annoying. I think you should be able to play with anyone yet be able to add friends too.

I'm sure many of you will disagree but ah'well :)

AC:WW has the Wi-Fi settings in the main menu, it's just a bit more hidden than other games.

For most games to my knowledge, you can play with anyone (search) and you are able to add friends (friend code).

you can't add friends from random gaming. that is a benefit XBOX Live has easily. However, you don't have people thinking they're "badass" on nwfc.

The rivals feature of MPH is sort of like adding friends from random gaming. The people that think they're "badass" on NWFC are usually the cheaters (hackers and glitchers). NWFC sort of tones down the good side in order to tone down the bad side of online gaming, all for the sake of keeping the kids safe from exposure to assholes.

I like the way it is now though it'd be great to be able to talk to the person you're playing with. Sometimes on PoR I'd be dying to ask "O.o Uhm, what are you doing?" or apologise for being called away for a bit, but I can't. In a sense that's better because at least no frustration can come from the conversations had and it does protect the little kiddies, but still!
