Wifi Download Usage

Hey i have a DS and a Broadband connection but my folks wont let me get a dongle until i find out how much download the DS consumes per hour...

does anyone roughly know how much say mario kart or tetris would use in MB's per hour??? or have a link to where i can find it out??

The DS supposedly uses an older, slower version of 802.11b, which is 2Mbit/s (250KByte/s) at most. For most games, the transfers shouldn't get near the max rate, maybe just a few Kbit/s, but other things like the DS Browser will probably max it out.

So say you play for an hour it'd probly only chew less than normal web surfing/usage??? like maybe 10-20 MBs for an hours play??

Something like that, although gameplay almost constantly uses bandwidth while surfing is only when you load a page.
