Agreed.

Great game, lots of fun with friends, but not really a tourney game.

I never said it was. But I was backing up bignds's statement.

Either way, it's still a fighting game, which deserves precision.

I'd like you to show the proof in that the Wiimote loses precision...

Count the number of buttons on the GCN controller. With various combinations of these buttons you can produce any attack or movement command, correct? Now, consider how many different things you will likely be able to do with the wiimote - you can move it slowly, you could jerk it, and it's location will probably matter. If you're required to move the wiimote in a certain way to preform various attacks, you instantly lose precision. What if your hand is trembling while you're trying to execute an attack that requires you to have it in an exact position? I haven't used the wiimote yet, and I'm sure they've built in some leeway, but a limited number of buttons executed in a planned order is 100% more precise than being able to move a controller in any direction and yield different results. It's a cool technology, but not for a fighting game.

So it'll take a bit more skill to execute moves... After all, skill is all that matters. Right?

PROVE. IT.

You sure make a lot of assumptions for someone who hasn't even used the Wiimote. Many reviewers have said that motions on the Wii often feel MORE fluid and quick to execute. Sure, you would think a button press would represent that fastest possible execution, but your only looking at one dimension of it. Taking numerous things into account, the Wiimote has has more potential than a standard controller, and your theories are baseless.

If everyone's using the same control, the best player is still going to win, right? Sounds to me like you just lack da skillz...

Again, who wins is less important than how much fun you have...and DBZ fans (at least ones that aren't pussies) should have more fun with the Wii controls than standard controls...

Guys you cant use a Cube remote on DBZ:BT2
You have to use the Classic controller if you want anything close to a GCN controller
