2005 games in review (by local media)

Last Sunday, Detroit Free Press listed the games they gave 4 out of 4 star ratings over 2005, and I'm a tad disappointed, but it's to be expected from the common media which has too much overhype about the "powerful" systems.

My problem is that two of the best games last year (due to the wi-fi) didn't make the list, and I remember them both being reviewed with 3 stars because of those minor problems with the service. It should be clear, with that fact and the fact that DS got less than any other system (even the aging GBA, the fresh off the shelves 360, and the PSP crap), they just don't care much for DS because of it's attempt at doing things different than most gamers are comfortable with.
I'm happy to see PC pwning, but even then, PC games seem to be turning to crap too, I like a lot of the recent ones as much as I like consoles (not very much for the same design reasons, being that they're all mostly the same and they tend to focus more on graphics than anything else, and too many centered around pure violence and stuff).

idk they just had a lot of mistakes goin' on in there that just showed they really didn't know much >_>
