Another Reason to ditch your PSP

Nope, reviewers agree that Lumines is the best thing so far. Then again, burnout legends finally knocked the Editor's Choice award count up to 2 on gamespot.

The only other PSP game that I can think of that could be considered a Killer App would be Burnout Legends (speaking from personal experience with the game, of course).

Yeah, but considering you can get a very similar, if not better burnout on your console...

This, combined with the news that apple is putting iTunes on phones now...
Hehe, psp isn't being replaced by Consoles, it's being replaced by Cell Phones.

It'll be a while before we get a true iTunes phone. And I do mean the whole experience: being able to buy tunes from the iTunes Music Store right from your phone, and NO FILE AMOUNT CAP!

Yeah, the slashdot crowd doesn't seem to think it'll catch either, but it basically turns your phone into an ipod. Just not as cool.

It's definitely a start, but it's pretty darn useless. The funny thing is, you can certainly put more than 100 songs into a ROKR, just not through iTunes.

Also, WTF were they thinking with the USB 1.1 cable?

All technology entering this market starts of poorly then gets better after a while. Only now are good DVD-recorders coming out here in Britain, a few years after they were first released, for example.

Has anyone tried the game I link to? You can even play it on a GBA emulator if you don't have a flashrom to try it out on.

I sat up for an hour lastnight playing this thing, no lie!

The "feel" of the game is there, I mean, sure it's not as fancy looking as the PSP, but if you've got a handle on the gameplay, you're not going to be missing anything here.

I did 160 deletions lastnight in one go, which isn't great, but the fact that I was doing it on my DS really makes me smile :)

Heh. Take a picture of the game playing on your DS. Then, simply inscribe the words "PSP = Pwnt" onto said picture.

Then watch as thousands of angry and posessed Sony fanboys tear down your home, brick by brick.
