that's not really what i'm looking at...
i'm looking at trying to get downloaded games, from P2P to work on my computer without having to burn em to DVD then play em through that...
i'm trying to learn to use virtual drives and stuff like that...
the topic headline was probably a bit misleading...

can't you like, download some torrents or whatever that have the whole "code crack" thing on them so you don't have to play them with the CD?

download Alcohol 120% mount the file and if needed get a no-cd/DVD crack.

Daemon Tools should recognise .mds files... if not, I'm not sure what will. >_>

well, first lesson is don't illegally download games. second, you prolly have a registry problem not allowing you to run Daemon tools. I had this same problem with a few programs on a PC I upgraded from ME to XP. Have you upgraded from 98 or ME/2k to XP by any chance?

i could use the "code crack thing" if the files are in normal folders...
but sometimes when you download the game, it comes in either .ISO, .BIN, .MDF and theres another one but i can't remember...
if it's any of them files types, you can't use the crack because theres no way of getting to the files to change it...
