Final Fantasy VII help
Yo guys long time no talk, college has been getting crazy so ive been very busy
anyway my problem is that I have the game installed and everything on my PC. Yes the OS is XP and it is running fine, the only problem is that the controls are all messed up, i have looked around for patches and I cannot find them at all. The hand in the beginning that asks you for a new game or to continue just moves up and down really fast, like i have something sitting on the forward arrow whenthere is nothing. anyone else know of this problem? even better a solution?

Yea I tried that one, I did some research and it looks like it happens with usb keyboards, I am not sure what the problem is though. There has to be a patch or something out there

haha yea, but as soon as i get into the game to fight it does the same thing to my menu buttons of attakck, defend, etc.

I have a solution:
By the game (and a PSOne if required) and play it as and how it was meant to be played. It will be the best experience of your life once you get that goddamn keyboard sorted out though!

So... would getting an adapter for the USB keyboard fix it? They're super cheap. In fact, there's three or four floating around my house because they come with USB keyboards and mice.

Iv got FF7 on the PC aswell(dont worry Euan iv also got it on the PsOne)
and it works fine, have you tries downloading the XP patch... Or I could send the Install to ya... On that one it works EXACTly like a PSone.

XP patch doesnt change anything really, it all has to do with the USB keyboard i have. it like cant detect it right or sumthing.
what is Wine?
