Help with Tales of Symphonia?

i just rented Tales of Symphonia, so i don't have the manual.

how the freak do i play multiplayer??

i dont know. is there multi-player, and if there is, dont u just click multi-player on the main menu?

it says that its multiplayer, but there is no multiplayer option on the main menu.

i found this on the namco site: Multi-player is easy to set up; just plug in a controller anytime and set the character control to manual in the Tech menu. Each Controller Socket corresponds to a character in battle.

Awww man i looked on that website when i got stuck on how to do it aswell. It says no where in the manual wich is mass suckage! Multi-player also sucks but never mind the actual game rox!

i don't think multiplayer is that bad... but yea, this game rocks.

anyone have Baten Kaitos? im really lookin to get this game, but i want an opinion from someone who has played it.
