Nintendo Revolution revealed?

New rumours and pictures have been floating around the internet for sometime now about the Revolution... Apparently the look of the hardware will be similar to a discman. The articles origin isnt known but here it is:

1st January 2005 - What a way to bring in the new year for Nintendo, revealing some new details on their latest console, the Revolution (codename). All we know for sure at the moment is that the console looks somewhat like a discman. Nothing is known about the controllers but Satoru Iwata from Nintendo said today, "This is just the beginning of a series of shockwaves to the gaming industry from Nintendo. Soon you will know about the Revolution Nintendo has planned, and you will be excited just like me".

The picture is apparently looking at it from a top view. I doubt that its real but we will have to wait and see.

yea i doubt its real. remember when people had pictures of SPs with an extra screen on top that was supposed to be the DS?

Do you all remember when "Dolphin" was announced? There was tonns of different pics witch all tunrned out to be fakes, just like this picture.

Are there any information about the connection between the DS and the new Nintendo system? Will they have some sort of cable or will it be wireless?
