Yeah you can play virtually any console game on your computer through emulation. You can download programs (legally and free) which will make the game think it's being run under it's console.

Downloading ROMs from websites is illegal, even if you own the original game. The "24 hour trial" does not appear on the law. Possessing an emulator is legal.

Ever since I lost the power cables for my PS1 I've been emulating the games. The good part is I have unlimited memory cards XD

but he still shouldn't be linking to emus. as a mod, mormon, I think you should just edit it until you get an official word from chuddy or allen. just so that way Allen doesn't get into trouble because there are links to emus on his site.

Emulators are not illegal. ROMs are not illegal. ROMs are only illegal when you freely distribute them or make money off of them.

360 does indeed look great, and their online does destroy Sony's (though, Sony's will be much improved) but that's only a small portion of the play. If you want to play First-person shooters, when you already have a PC, all your life online, then that's fair enough.

Plus, Square Enix aren't looking like their developing for the 360. They'll make minor games, but believe me, Dragon Quest and a proper Final Fantasy will not appear on the Xbox 360.
