I could but silly me forgot to save the psd meaning it would take a fairly long time to change it :(

Yeah, i'm self taught 8) A couple of years of messing around with Photoshop and Imageready payed off.

in Paint, cant u just save it as a gif?

a GIF is animated, you can't make animated stuff in paint

You make the pics in paint, save em' as a .gif, and use a program like microsoft .gif animator to put em' together.
