The easiest way is to find a different site who already has it uploaded, unless it's your own homemade movie, if it's game clips you can probably find it at other sites.

First, is your camera digital. Meaning, can your video camera plug into your computer? If it is, try freewebs.com, and then register. After that, u can post your movie on that website, and then give people the link to the website.
