CS 1.6 help needed

I open CS 1.6 from a different steam account and I play it when I just strafe my fps stays the way it should be but when I start to move my mouse my fps just goes down and I skip. Then I go back to my CS Source account and it does the same thing. When I was on my CS Source account before the CS 1.6 it didn't do that. Does anyone know what might be happening?

I beleive its the server.
Or game in general.
Lag.
Thats what it must be.

It's not the servers, it has something to do with how the mouse works with 1.6 because it's fine in source....and it's not lag overall because it's fine in source......

I think I know what your problem is...a virus...
Or something that was sent or downloaded to your PC via a site or network.
Do you remeber downloading a hack or patch for CS?

lol its not 1999. its kinda obvious to know if you have a virus. not to mention anti-virus is free. i highly doubt thats the issue
