I use DownThemAll! which installs itself onto Firefox/IE. But LKR's program works as good.

I don't use accelerators because most of the sources I use are fast enough to max out my blazing fast 8.8mbps download bandwidth, and I find them to be annoying most of the time anyway.
Just in case I happen to need one, I have Free Download Manager.
