For C I just use a very simple open-source compiler, Miracle C. We used it at school, so... Then again I don't do much C programming.

I did use Pelles C when I was just a wee noob but then I learned C++ and used mingw and a text editor

i prefer bitcomet but then its not very efficent on memory... but i got lots of system resorces to spare so i dont mind so much...

Pretty much why I stopped bothering with BitComet. Too much of a resource hog. My CPU's always doing something taxing. Don't need downloading to be one of them.

thanks, bittorrent gets old and this torrent prog works excellent, much better interface
