famous people from your town?
Well if someone whos now quite famous grew up or was born near where you live, post it up here.

David Beckham (mustve heard of him, come on? one of the most mainstream famous footballers) Alfred Hitchc0ck(one of the most famous directors of the 60s and 70s of the thriller genre, made such films as Psycho) Willam Morris (famous artist) and last but not least, Damon Albarn lead singer of Blur and the Gorillaz, all either were born or grew up with in a 2 mile radius of my house.

madonna went to my middle school. my sunday school teacher directed "the fox & the hound" (y'know, disney movie?) and idk theres a bunch more around here but i don't remember

Jim Carrey went to my school here in Toronto for a year... or was it a week? I forgot, but he dropped out - good role model. =S

There's too many famous peeps from Toronto to mention so I'll slam my keyboard hopefully getting all their names at once: awreshgasinupado

Use wikipedia, and lookup your town/city. Should provide some info there.

(which also begs the revelation that my home town of Garland, TX is home to one of the biggest vaporware devs evar: 3D Realms... Duke Nukem Foreva, anyone? Not exactly a person, just funny to know)
