Never. We've had a scrim with a clan that wanted to change the rules from the agreed 'no time-limit' to 'end the round because it was going to long' when they were in the lead, then when we disagreed to change it they said all sorts of bad things about us like we didn't know how to run a clan and we were immature (clearly hypocritical arguments IMO). What's worse is that I originally had the server set to TWL settings, which had a time-limit of something like 20 minutes, but that other clan wanted to change it to no limit. I understood that it would mean a potentially hours-long scrim, but they insisted no limit and we agreed; it was CTF with a capture limit of 5 I think it was.
My clan plays by sticking to the rules that were agreed on before the match and if we ever think a rule should be changed during a match both teams need to agree on it. I'm a strong believer in fair play and that both teams should understand and agree to the rules and settings before the match.
