GeForce Go? I thought that was a mobile card.
Top-tier would be a card with the 7800GT(X) chipset (or 7900GT[X] if you have loads of cash to spare). Those would be nVidia chipsets. From ATi, I'd say the X1900XT(X) chipset would be your best bet (again, if you have the money). Don't really have much experience with the other cards. Of course, this is all if you want top-of-the-line. If you just want better graphics for an affordable price, the 6800 line is still very good (have a 6800GS (PCIe) myself). Also, many people will tell you to go SLi. I've tried it out, and the benefits do not outweigh the cost enough, and do not raise performance as much if you put two highend cards together. It works better for 6800s from my experience. Still not worth spending the money for it. |

Heck Lkr, why didn't you ask me? Here's "the best one": http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150134

Technically, this is the best "video card":
