You mean the icon got deleted? I'm not sure what the command would be, but try clicking start menu > run & type in paint

first... trying searching the computer for it...
start - search - "paint" if that fails try get it off your windows disc.

if nothing works... have your parents use the restore feature to take your computer back to a time when you had it... DON'T TRY THIS YOUR SELF...
