Two reasons: you used JPG instead of PNG and you (or the host) lowered the resolution of the image instead of keeping it at its full resolution.

BTW I suggest posting links or thumbnails instead of the full desktop image for the sake of thread readability.

If you look closer, it doesn't actually look like Vista. The button isn't a circle...

And yes, with some hacking you can install custom themes in Windows...

I use my own hosting. Straight-up FTP beats those image hosters any day.
