Its actually quite easy. This was made in Garry's Mod(the posing and background). I take screenshots then edit them useing Paint Shop Pro 9. Oh, Garry's Mod is for Half Life 2.

Garry's Mod is cool. Be sure to check out the Half-Life 2 Domino movie (in the Cool Movies channel in Xfire).
