So like my buddy here deleted his recycle bin. We can't figure out how to get it back, lol.

Is this a joke? Because I'm not certain you can do that. Regardless, all icons like that are always on the desktop, whether you delete the shortcut or not. Go to the desktop through Explorer (just hit Up until you can't anymore), and it will be there, along with My Computer, Internet Explorer and other things you can remove.

We did a search for it and it showed it doesn't exist and tried like a gajillion different ways some websites suggested to find it and none of them worked lol.

In an explorer window, go to Tools > Folder Options > View and select "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)", then go into the root of a hard drive partition (such as C:\) and go into the RECYCLER folder where you should find a recycle bin icon with a strange name. All of those recycle bins for all partitions should be linked, so you could just create a shortcut of it to your desktop and rename it and use it as you did the original, but it won't be exactly the same (shortcut indicator, context menu, and changing icon). Once that's done, you should re-enable hiding of system files.
If there is no recycler folder, then I guess you're screwed. I don't know how or why Windows would technically allow that. I would need to go hands-on and do some looking around if I was to help beyond my existing knowledge. I would suggest doing a repair installation of Windows, which doesn't lose personal data and only resets some settings and clears out all updates. If it's a shameless joke, then shame on you for wasting my time when I could've been doing something that actually helped someone. That's punishable by death, or big phat expensive fines.

How could you possibly delete the recycling bin?
When I right-click it, it doesn't even come up with a "Delete" option...and I refuse to touch the "Delete" button... Man...that comp must be one piece of crap or something...

The most likely way that Windows would allow it would be through the registry, the registry is quite possibly the furthest in you could customize or break Windows.
