Define geek? :P
I never used to look like a geek when I was a teen, now that I'm older and don't give a damn about how I look I'm going to be growing my hair long and become a bearded hacker (MIT definition, basically programmer) haha. Haha maybe one day I'll look like RMS Greatest hacker alive

I'm 21 now, haha still young... ahh web developer, I'm doing a course in that and have gotten so damn bored of it :\ though the javascript was useful because it helped me when I started learning C a few months ago, so I've still got quite awhile until I'm a programmer of any use.
You might want to check out NVU if your a web developer and like to keep the tools you use legal http://www.nvu.com/ it's a great program and very easy to use :D

Wow I thought you were like 17 in that photo..... Ugh notepad == evil piece of crap.
I use The Gimp I find it much easier to use than photoshop, plus the fact that it's free-software (open-source). You should use something like vim instead of notepad, it's 1000X better, though it takes about 2 weeks or so to get used to it, how can you use notepad? It doesn't even have color coding!! There is also emacs, which is more of a programmers editor, but I'd guess it has color coding for html/javascript. I've been meaning to learn PHP, but yea.... quite bored of web development and am more interested in making applications, and maybe one day a game in my spare time. *EDIT* so you're 22, were you also an Amiga kid? :D Also I hear that php is a lot like C, so you'd be able to easy pick up quite a bit of C if you ever tried.

RE: More Movies on UMD Announced
Haha no, I'm crusading for a world were people can share with each other without being thrown in jail just because they shared with their friends, and I won't use software from any company that would do such a thing, I also think that having the source code is important for programmers, and also it's useful to standard users who might want a new feature or something changed in a program & then they can pay a programmer to do this for them :)
Also I don't see why people put up with virus', spyware, crashes, poor memory managment, slowness & all those other problems..

2005-what console games?
Notepad was just a representation of what I use. I actualy use Dreamweaver but if I would say that ppl would think that i use the design part of it. I just use the HTML code editor of it. Yeah Linux would be awsome but no Flash editor for it so I dont use it. Mac are perfect but cant play anygames on them so I am a Windows (If i only had an alternative) guy.

http://f4l.sourceforge.net/ check that out, not sure how it'd compare to Macromedia's thingymabob but the screenshots look good.(In the psp or dell thread I wrote up a little thing about slax or knoppix, try GNU/Linux without formatting) On a side note anyone who watches Naruto OMG Rock Lee!!!!! I'm so excited, can't wait for next week, I'll be getting my DS & seeing Rock Lee Woohoo!! *EDIT* I should point out that F4L is free-software, you can just dreamweaver under cross-over office though of course, though I personally wouldn't. *SECOND EDIT* Well I just tried out F4L and for myself it seems great, I'm not sure how it'd be for real production use though, but considering it's only in alpha stage if more work happens to it, it could be great, but like I said, ya can run the macromedia tools perfectly in cross-over office.
