Yeah, that's the one weakness of eBay. They don't allow selling of hardware that can potentially infringe on copyright laws, excluding CD/DVD burners. I tried selling a Supercard 2 that I bought on eBay (nobody caught the seller and I wasn't aware it wasn't allowed) and when I got my R4 I decided to sell the Supercard back on eBay and it was removed for copyright infringement. Piracy really gives legit homebrewers a hell of a hard time.
