I didn't see any apology. Just a dozen crappy spam messages about how "he's back". And Remas was only banned for 5 days, and it was almost up. He could have waited, but he instead made another account and impersonated a mod. So now he gets an IP ban.

If you want to laugh at idiots, go watch jackass. But if you were still a mod, and saw the dozens of spam posts we've deleted, you'd ban him too.
