Wolfmother

Just picked up the (self-titled) CD off a recommendation of a friend, and I have to say, it's REALLY good stuff. It's very retro-rock sounding, and in a very good way. Just wondering if anyone else has heard it and has taken a liking to it as I have. I'm not too far into the details of the band, only know that they're Aussies. Recommend it to pretty much anyone who likes classic rock (even though they're not old).

tis a great CD... about 4-5 great songs on it... i especially like woman and collossal

Meh, was listening to them around last November, (lol, remember having jus bought mario kart ds and walking home with it playing). White Unicorn is a great song, but heard the album in its entirety around a friends and was a bit under whelmed, may give it a second look in the future during a sale or something.

I just heard this band a few days ago after seeing they are attending T in the Park. I can't wait to go and see them (8 days), as, judging by the six or seven songs that I have, they are superb!

Will give you the low down regarding the concert and whether or not they lived up to expectations...
