I think maybe they sold soo many because of nintendogs... I saw so many people walking into the game shops and buying ds s with the nintendogs pak.

congrats to ninty. how many PSPs have been sold in japan? are nintendo completly dominating the handheld market or is it a close race? Im hearing bad things about the PSPs performance there but cant get anything solid. And what about europe and america? I expect the DS is not selling very well in the UK but again only rumours.

The PSP isn't doing bad. It's just getting beat by the DS by well over a million units.

Well the psp did a have quite a major dead pixel problem with the first batches and maybe alot of people heard about it and stopped. But i think it is because of the price, because children are probably the only ones who buy them because adults can then afford xbox 360 s and most children have no way of affording psps.
