You buy it on Wii Shopping Channel or whatever they call it with the Wii points if you havn't gotten it by March, or I thought June... But if you get the console earlier than that, it's a free download.

Yeah, I have a feeling that people will find a way around the VC Point sytem, I know I already have. Thats only if the Wii keeps it's SD Card support.

Whatever your thinking, guarantee it won't work. All Wii stuff put on an SD Card is DRM'd.

Yeah, but you must obviously be able to use another SD card in your console. So, a friend downloads a crap load, you copy it over onto your SD card and bamo right?
