I'm actually not sure. My bandwidth wasn't exceeded, but apparently the sheer throughput of it hitting the top of the Digg homepage automatically triggered a suspension. It was just a matter of me going in and clicking Unsuspend. I also took that time to triple Nwizard's bandwidth...
