Im jumping up and down right now, because, plainly, these screenshots are the way ive always imagined pokemon to look on DS. They couldnt have done it better.

They're not 100% brand-spanking breaking-news new, but they are impressing. And yes, that's 3d... ish... Still, it looks like the same game we've been playing since Gold/Silver. I want to hear features.

as i have said i think it looks good and by not putting it in full 3d it sould mean theres more space for the adventure/game so it should be bigger but im kind of a sucker when it comes to a new pokermon games (i mean the proper ones)

but i would be extreamly happy if they make it so we can trade and batte online...

i mean there could be areas in the game you could go and the people you see are real people playing the game etc... rather then just the friend code but doubt this will happen

Yeh the pics arent that much different but theyre refreshing. The revamped graphics have slighly altered perpective, as part of the 3d rendering, which IMO looks quite good (image 2 is more noticable). i personally beleive the battle rendering and character rendering 'could' be slightly more detailed, but still looks as you'd expect.

i think there is online but its only direct connect as far as i know. im definetly buying this. (i hope i can transfer my pokemon from my one of my gba pokemon games)

Apparently someone stole this topic from me and I see you have done an half-a$$ed job by doing so.
Instead of being in Kanto or Johto or Hoenn, your in a place called "Shinou. You start your journey in a town called Futaba Town. Of coarse you can transfer your pokes from Ru,Sa,Em,LG, and FR after you get certain itmes within the game. There are also new evolution and pre-evolutions. Diamond and Pearl will have wi-fi capabilities and allow up to 16 Players to be linked at oncein a Union Room. There are no new pokemon types but new combinations like fighting and steel.
