Well take falco's shine for example. In melee it was exactly like fox's but it forced you upwards whereas fox was down. In brawl he throws his reflector like a boomerang. That's pretty dang different imo.

[Mario Famous]

I mained Mario as my top Tier character. People say I'm as good as Cape and Eggz. My Mid Tier are Captain Falcon and Fox. Low Tiers are Game and Watch and Pikachu.

[Wraith]

I'd have to say that anything Zelda orientated would have to be my fav chara of choice.
