Mhm, I agree with you biggy. Nunchuk + Wii Remote combo is by far the best. I know it's obvious but it's just as easy and accessible with this combo than the GC controller but you have the Nunchuk wires' length the move around which feels excellent while playing. It's a tad worrying to see my rank shoot up when I altered my controls...

I don't understand? Nintendo implemented the use of a ranking board? if so thats pretty cool, but also the motion controls. How are they that bad? Some reviewers say its good.

The only thing the interests me in it so far, (seen as i don't have the game) is the motorbikes and tricks. other then that it looks like a typical mariokart..Oh and also 12 player online :)

That must seen cool I am gonna get it, my mom is gonna buy it for me and along with the game she is gonna get 2 more Wii Remotes cause I got 2 brothers and she hates it when we fight over turns
so I am gonna score MarioKart Wii and 2 more Wii remote!!!! =]

Yeah, trust me it's much better with the Nun' and Wiimote! Motion control is abismal in my opinion but more fun if you have a few mates round. I'm blasting through the one player and I'm still loving it... My rating so far? 8.8
