The one secret I've been thinking would be really sweet is closely related to the rumor way back when before it was revealed, with the 3D models interacting with what's seen by cameras.
With the sensor bar detecting the precise location of the Wiimote, it's possible that a camera addon would be able to show the Wiimote replaced with a 3D model, and maybe with 2 or 3 cameras, 3D objects could interact with the environment. It's far fetched and I don't know of any major applications for such a thing, but Nintendo is unpredictable and very smart, so we shall see what comes our way come Wii launch.
