to get 'em you need to either trade for them or use cheat codes. they're spec. event pokemon so my rec. is to go get an Action Replay and find the codes. If you can't find the codes let me know and i'll hook you up.

not hacked at all, as in completely legit pokemon transferred over from my gba games i have all
name it it's yours
