Anyone Have Problems With Their PSP?

My PSP's fine, except for 3 particles NOT DEAD PIXELS in the corner under the plastic (you can see them when unit is OFF. Also I have two dead pixels, one near the 3 boosters in Ridge Racer, and one in the middle. I'm taking it back to Best Buy once they get 2nd shipment to exchange it.

Most retailers take games and systems open for a same-item exchange ONLY, no returns.

Sony is taking back dead pixel PSPs, just like Nintendo did with the DS, however you must pay for shipping.

I'll try the retailer first. If I ship it to Sony, it'll take like 3 weeks.

they won't replace anything because of dead pixels :(

I took my DS back because of dead pixels (to the store) and got a new one. You have to have a recipt.

i know that. i will keep returning my PSP until i get a good one, when i finally get my first PSP. do you know when BB will be getting their next shipment?
