RE: Re: RE: my gamecube
1- They were very helpful up until they asked about my bill of sale
2- When the CSR told me I was not covered by a warranty without a bill of sale, I asked to speak to a supervisor 3- I told the supervisor that I would be reporting my information to others in my situation by way of a few pspblogs like pspgarden.com 4- I mainly told him that so that he was aware that I am not a kid and am seeking information to protect other consumers in my shoes. 5- He explained what I needed to qualify as a bill of sale, and then finished the CSR's job of gathering my information for the exchange program ---- Having dealt with Nintendo who's employees are breathing laughing gas there, Sony's were a bit more down to earth, a lot less "bubbly" compared to Nintendo's folks. I complained to the Supervisor and told them that their stipulations are counterproductive to tech savvy consumers like myself who often pick up such hardware from venues like Ebay. He agreed and asked that I send in a statement with my PSP to let those in charge know that I as a consumer am not happy. He let me know he can pass the word along, but that having come from a customer is 10x more powerful. I thanked him for his candor, and felt good about my purchase, and how I was handled, thus far.
