I'm not surprised. PSP hasn't really been selling well (if it has I haven't heard anything about it), at least not where I live. People around me bought and used PSPs for about a month, then they all disappeared. I don't know anyone near me that has one anymore. Other than the movies and web capability, the PSP doesn't have anything better than the DS, and other than Sony fans, most people don't own a PSP, so the market isn't really that big. I haven't even seen any advertising for a PSP in the last few months, not even at Wal-Mart. Right now I think most 3rd parties are more concerned about the Wii and PS3 launches coming up, and the XBOX 360, and a few for the DS.
I really didn't know anyone that bought the PSP for games, anyway, they all bought it because:
a) it was new
b) it was Sony
c) it could browse the web
d) it could watch videos
e) it could play mp3s
so there really wasn't that much of a market for PSP games.
