Flash and GPS enable for PSP firmware 3.0 and price drop

At the recent press summit, it was announced that with the next firmware release flash playback/sites will be enabled and not sure what this means for the US but in two weeks or so, the PSP will be available here for £40 cheaper, at £140.
Im quite happy with this, atleast Sony are finally trying.

lol, flash wont do any good. when the web browser is already slow as crap, and the keyboard sucks. GPS is pretty cool I guess, not a feature I will take advantage of probably. Oh, HSG will be a GPS Launch game :)

We need to make PSP and DS-friendly versions of the site. Emphasis on DS.

Well thats what lite is anyway, and the browser isnt much slow anyway lkr, i dontk now what speed your connection is lkr, but viewing this site in its entirety on he home page or a forum page takes about 5-8 seconds to load fully for me, only site i have major problems iwth is IGN for obvious reasons.

Yeah, but "lite" is really lacking in visual flair. At least a clean, visually pleasing (but resource-friendly) layout.

im on a 4mb download connection. 768kbps upload.
