RE: multiplayer in uk?
It's the overall income that matters I think, although to be fair we should just look at the gaming part of Sony vs. Nintendo. It would also be good to split it up into console and handheld categories. I don't have any figures and don't know who's getting the most income, just specifying what stats to be looking for. I think the one with the least income would be the best company as far as money/customer care, since the one with more income is most likely more for money than the other company and money usually counteracts customer care.
Add: I should also note that fame often counteracts money, but it can also counteract customer care as I see Sony doing with the PSP. Fame in the handheld business is what I see Sony doing, so they can overcome Nintendo, but I don't see any customer care at all yet, not a word from Sony about the problems with the PSP other than the short supply and maybe battery life.
