Re: RE: Re: RE: ridge racer vs asphalt gt

Ok. I was in EB Games the other day with a friend, and one of the guys who works at another EB Games brought in a PSP. He was showing it to people. It actually looked pretty good. I'm not a Sony fan at all. I'm a Xbox guy. I have a DS and wasn't planning on getting a PSP. I hadn't even thought about it, but I put down 20 bucks for a pre-order. I can get the money back if I change my mind, but what do you guys think? Are any of you getting a PSP?

RE: SM64 DS Help

I have been thinking about getting one but Sony has to give me some info. I do have a DS and $165 (saving up for a PSP but spent some yesterday on Halo 2 Special Edition). But by the way my grades are going I might not be able to get it even with my own money. But Sony really has a bad idea with the UMD. I read on another site that the PSP vibrates. Bad idea with a UMD.
Plus it is already a portable unit. This is their bigest downfall. Also compare the DS's compact game box to the PSP's long game box is not a pretty sight to see someone carry around. It is sexier than the DS but looks may be decieving. If they gave you some kind of proof to your pre-order you should be able to get your $20 back. If not you must take action.

RE: SM64 DS Help

if you've got a DS wait for the price to drop on the PSP. I don't see why you need it the first day it comes out... the DS is everywhere and it's only been out a month and a half....

If the PSP is great, then go right ahead and purchase it, but give it a few months to see if the games are there...

With New SMB and Metroid Prime both just around the corners, the NDS will keep you busy for sometime anyway...

Am i a geek?

Yup the PSP is high in the price area which is a bad thing. Why would you want two handhelds when you already have one and you have an Xbox i assume.

Either fork out lotsa cash for a PSP or wait for the price to fall and enjoy your DS. 17R3W is right, games are going to make their appearence in a short while.

RE: Need For Speed Underground: Rivals

That's none of your buisness why I have a DS and a Xbox and still waiting on the PSP. No offence but that's none of your buisness. Why are you concerned anyway Chuddy_2001uk?

Why would you want a Playstation 2 and an Xbox? To play the different games on the different systems. The PSP and the DS are not the same systems and they won't have the same games, just like the PS2 and Xbox and GC. He's definately allowed to want two systems, in fact more power to him, because his gaming life will be far more diverse than those who stick with one system.

the psp's price still hasn't been announced, and it won't cost much. you're fools.
