I know the PSP release date!!!

I know the PSP release date. It is in this Febuary 2K5 edition of Playstation Magazine.
You are goin to luv me for this. I mean running around with a I heart Trent shirt on.

I know you all like the fact that I came on this. Plus I was watch ing The ScreenSavers on G4techtv. They said that the news was spilled in a restroom stall by a Sony employee and was overheard. THE PSP WILL COST $250.00

That's cool, but those dates are just speculation. In a couple of the EA interviews, they expected March 15th for the U.S launch.

It's hurting Sony financially. They're already losing a crapload of money for every PSP they sell anyway.

you're right, it would hurt sony financially. Because there is easily 250-350 dollars worth of technology in each one of those machines. Same goes with the PS2. At the time of its release, it had pretty close to 500 dollars worth of technology in it.

Even Nintendo loses money on each system they make. It's common in the gaming industry. However, Sony and Nintendo both get royalties for every game that is produced for its system. And that is how the companies make their profits.

It's a very realistic possibility that Sony will release the PSP for 150 dollars. In fact, I almost think it is essential for the system's prosperous life. And i'm sure Sony knows that.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Speaking of royalties, Nintendo's franchises come to mind ($$$).
