They download some sort of movie clip. The browser itself actually looks pretty decent (certainly looks easier to use than the Wipeout browser, from my experience). Plus, the keypad thing includes a "http://" button and a ".com" button, each containing various entries (for instance, in addition to "http://" it also has "https://", and similar selections for the ".com").
