Go Sony. thats a bit more like it. there attitude innitally was terrible. It was service u wouldnt give to a dog. But they have realised that that kind of publicity really doesnt help them. I think this new attitude towards there consumers when dealing with PSP problems has improved immensly and should be rewarded. i hope they continue to do this kind of thing for the PS3 and so on.
I dont think its fair to blame companys for allowing them to get through. Every PSP or DS cant be tested before being shipped or the whole supply chain would slow to a crawl (or the price would rise to deal with extra testing costs). as long as they replace it then i dont mind. My first GC was faulty and that was replaced. My first DS had 3 dead pixels and that was replaced. cost to me €0.00 so im not really too pushed. Now my lappy, the manufacturer wouldnt even listen bout my dead pixel. PC manufacturers are probably the worst for customer satisfaction when it comes to these kind of things (in my experience anyway). I would certainly prefer is Sony or Nintendo manufactured my laptop. |
