Off to a bad start.

My launch day DS only has a few minor case scratches. Other than that, the screens are flawless.

I've got a launch DS and a launch PSP, my PSP only has one problem being a small dint on the cover. It's only noticeable through light though. My DS though has 1 dead pixel on each screen, a couple of scratches and dust under the top screen cover thing which gets really annoying when playing it in the light because of the specs of dust show.

Yeah my DS is abismal to say the least. 1 dead pixel on the bottom screen and when playing mario it's about 5 mm from his head so it's easily noticed. It also has a dent in the bottom left part of the lower screen making a black smudge behind the screen AND tonnes of dust behind the top one.

Yet, my new PSP is .... perfect.

Just ask the store if they'll let you see the unit you're buying before you buy it, just to make sure! Thats what I did for my PSP after my DS experience :(

yes your psp is perfect now but not your first one chudy why dont you get another ds and see if thats perfect now

I'm not off to a good start either.

Just went out and bought Virtua Tennis (thanks to you, biggy :p), but guess what? My order on Amazon, after checking this afternoon, has been cancelled, even though no-one has touched it. Strange, very strange. I'll have to wait for this damn system to come back in the stores before I get it, grr!

It's gotten worse. Amazon did indeed cancel it, and guess what, I've lost out on that deal and will have to spend more at Gamestation... £235 for two games, still an OK deal but not as great.

Plus I've got a long three-and-a-half hour trip to the north of Scotland next Saturday and I won't have the PSP. Hopefully Chuddy at least sends Kirby =D
