Well my PSPdecided that it didnt want to charge at first... but then i tried again about an hour later and it did, also i have about 3 dead pixels but they all at the edge and corners of the screen so im not bothered really :)

Guess what, I had 7! At first I was a bit upset, but after a while I got used to it.
Welll, it looks like Sony has great customer service. How long did it take for the new one to arrive?

I've heard that it is a really quick response, 24hrs or something like that

Speaking on somebody elses behalf, Chuddy, I am led to believe, got his new PSP the day after he complained. Pretty awesome service (in that respect, at least!)
