Off to a bad start.

So, I get my PSP on launch date, eager to try it out. I rush home. I turn my PSP on and guess what.... a total of 10 DEAD PIXELS!!!

Being not a very happy bunny, I decided to wait for a few days to see if they went. They didn't.

I then phone up Sony complaining about the crappy screen and it's dead pixels. Chatting for a while, they informed me that they will send me a new PSP, Battery and AC Adapter cable to an address of my choice. So I decided to ask for it to be sent to my mums work place as I would be in college all day -_-

Annnd to my suprise I've now just recieved a brand new PSP console. I'm now a happy bunny.

Hate to say this but, Thanks Sony for (suprisingly) great service!

What the hell? I'd be more like "screw you Sony, for your crappy quality products that don't work right out of the box!"

It's one thing when it's one random screw-up, but after the thousands of defective PSPs, the last thing they deserve is thanks.

I say, "Thanks Nintendo! I don't even know how good your service is because I've never had to use it because your products are all kick-ass quality!"

the only thing i have to say about what nmaster said, is that the DS still gets dead pixels, and it has a smaller screen, so of course it'll have less

Yeah, so it was a bit fanboyish, but like Mormon said, I wasn't lying...

I'm just saying, why should someone get rewarded for fixing a problem they caused in the first place?

I back my statement up 100%. I'm sorry people have trouble handling the truth...it's not bashing, it's just facts people.

You people forget that in the beginning, early in the PSPs lifecycle, Sony REFUSED dead pixel requests. They literally told people to deal with it, that it wasn't their problem. Unless half your screen was blank, they didn't give you squat. It wasn't until after thousands of complaints they finally changed that. If you want to defend those kinds of business practices, go ahead. I'm not defending the DS as a gaming system, I'm defending Nintendo for it's principles. I feel I am entitled to my right as a consumer to get what I paid for, when I pay for it. I suppose some people are more easily satisfied however...
