Yeah he did mean Capacity wise but he's VERY confused.
yes NDS cartriges are 128MB and UMD's are 1.8GB's, but I see no reason why a 1GB SD or CF card couldn't be used via play-yan or the advanced movie player. Ask x999x and he will tell you that you can get 2 movies at reasonable quallity on a CF card with room to spare. The NDS is far better for media in terms of cost and battery life... there is a small loss in terms of video quallity, but IGN said the play-yan is still better then the iRiver.

Update:
A third person tried to say that the PSP plays DVD. I quickly corrected him. He also tried to tell me that the PSP has a built in Camera. Where do these Rumors come from?
